Description:
Nicholas joined ATDR from a shelter in Lufkin just before Christmas. They had orignally reported him to be 2 years old, but we quickly discovered he's only a puppy! He has a beautiful super soft and silky black coat. Nicholas starts out a little shy and quiet but once he is comfortable he is quite playful. He loves to run and wrestle with his foster brothers and sisters, even a doberman!
Once he is fully tired out, Nicholas is happy to come cuddle in his foster mom's lap and watch TV. He is currently working on house training, and how to use the doggy door. He is crate trained, but has also stayed loose in the house while his foster mom is away and he does well. Nicholas is quite the conversationalist, so he would not do well in an apartment.
Nicholas needs a fenced yard to run and play in.
