Lovely Rita…that's me. Didn't the Beatles write a whole song dedicated to me, Lovely Rita? Well, perhaps that was quite before my time; but I must modestly admit all who know me think I am lovely both inside and outside. On the outside, I have long, flowing, black hair, with a slight distinguishing touch of grey in my muzzle. On the inside, I have a heart of gold and love all dogs and all people. I have been a loyal companion to my friend, Padre, since we were quite young. Unfortunately, our previous owner lost his job, our home, and couldn't take us with him when he went to live with his relatives. But had they just given me the chance, I would have taken good care of their house as well since I am housetrained. Won't you give me a chance to be a loyal, loving, lovely companion to you? And maybe my buddy, Padre, too, if you have room?
