Meet Happy! He and his sibling Peanut came from a backyard breeder who was going to dump them at a local shelter if someone didn't step in and take them because she was moving out of state. ATDR was contacted and we agreed to take them, when we got there the owner had two of their  puppies too! We talked her into letting us take those also. For now on this incredibly sweet boy will live the life he deserves being just Happy!
