“Meet our newest rescue Ruby! Beautiful little Ruby was used as a breeder until she was rescued by a wonderful ‘Good Samaritan’ about a year ago, but this poor woman soon lost her job and is battling stage 4 cancer herself and was not able to provide Ruby with the care she needed. Lucky for Ruby and for us, this Good Samaritan reached out to ATDR begging for our help in finding Ruby a loving new home.
Talk about a little darling and a snuggle bug!! Considering everything she has been through, it is amazing how sweet and loving little Ruby is! She wants nothing more than to be next to you, curl up in your lap or spoon you at night in the big bed. She is housebroken, crate trained, walks well on a leash and is so smart – it only took her a day to learn the doggie door! And she is quiet as a little mouse –her for 2 weeks in her new foster home not a single bark did she make! She loves being with her foster brothers and sisters, but we think she would do well as an only pup also as long as she is not left for long periods of time by herself – the poor dear has been left alone and ignored enough for a lifetime – the perfect home for her would be someone who can be with her most of the day. She is socializing well and loves everyone she meets plus everyone who meets her falls in love! She is the perfect little girl… just desperate for a home to call her own! Ruby is about 6 years old and is a tiny little thing at only about 11 pounds and she has now been fully vetted. She is current on all her shots, is heartworm negative and has just been spayed. She is ready for her new forever home and family!
Won’t you please consider giving this precious girl the loving home she so deserves? She will make you so glad you did…”
