UPDATE: Update:Both Rose and Blanche are doing great - most of the hair is back and they have tested negatively for mange! It won't be long til both are beautiful swans, no more ugly ducklings! These two babies are the sweetest and most loving and grateful girls - they can't wait to give the love back! Please consider one or both of them! They truly love each other and would be so happy to spend the rest of their lives together!

Blanche and her baby girl Rose were surrendered with a group of dachshunds to the local SPCA. The three Golden Girls, including Dorothy were in terrible shape and all suffering with demodectic mange.

These babies are in the best foster home on the planet with an experienced medical foster who specializes in dachshund issues, and giving them total love and attention! They will stay in the country until they are feeling better and ready to be spayed. Stay tuned as we embark on this journey with Rose and Blanche to a better life begining with better health.
