Sweet Flash was found dumped behind a storage building.  The people in the area said he'd been there for about a week and no one was feeding him so he's on the thin side.  The lady who finally caught him used bratwurst!  He will be neutered and completely vetted as soon as possible. He is a complete love bug and will give kisses and snuggle all day if you have the time. He is a playful puppy with lots of energy. He is working on his potty training and learned to use the doggy door the first day at fosters house.
