Toby is a handsome fellow who found his way into rescue!  He's SUPER sweet and sooo happy to be safe and enjoy regular meals with friends again! He is excellent in the car and on the leash. He went shopping at Academy with his foster mom and was a good boy and stayed quietly in her arms. He's not a fan of cats and cows but good with other dogs. He needs an active person or people in his life as he loves to romp around and play! If you could use a best friend to enjoy your life, please fill out an adoption application for Toby to consider!  It would be the best move you've ever made!
