Desiree was found terrified, living on the streets of Bandera. We will never know what happened, but her poor little eye was so damaged it immediately had to be removed. This sweet baby has been so afraid after all she’s suffered, but with the kindness she’s being shown in a loving foster home, she’s settling in nicely and learning how to trust and feel safe. She gets along well with her foster brothers and sisters and responds to loving attention.
