Penny is a real beauty with her ice blue eyes and the sweetest, calmest dog you will ever find. She loves to relax and snuggle when she’s not tending her precious babies. She’s a good little mom who may have been surrendered as a stray in her biggest time of need, but she’s obviously been someone’s loving pet at one time.
