Elsa is a beautiful standard girl who was rescued by ATDR from a shelter in the Valley! She’s so happy to be in a safe foster home with a soft comfortable bed and plenty of good food to eat! She’s a good girl who would love nothing better than a forever home of her own where she would feel secure with a person or family who would be good to her.
