Ginger is a spunky 5 year old red shorthair female.    Ginger is about 10 pounds, compact and is well muscled.   She has a strong personality, and is definitely an alpha girl.    She loves laying on the sofa and getting her belly rubs and she likes to sleep in the big bed next to her person.  She also loves to explore her yard. Ginger is a bit shy and slow to warm up to strangers, but she can be easily turned around with her favorite treat! She is working on housetraining and that can be perfected with a little guidance and routine!  Ginger wouldn't mind being an only dog, especially if you are home a lot - but she does okay with another less alpha dog as well.  She is crate-trained and will stay quietly in her crate.  Small children are not recommended for Ginger and It is unknown how she would do with cats, but probably would be best in a home without cats.  She is up to date on shots, nails are trimmed and she is spayed.   Ginger will make an excellent companion for the perfect person.  Are you Ginger’s perfect person?
