Sweet Tobey is a sweet but intense little guy with a lot of emotional baggage. He was dumped by the only family he ever knew at only three years old -- they said he wasn't good with strangers. Tobey is doing great in his foster home and if new people are introduced in a positive way -- Tobey is all love all the time. He has a habit of making a groaning growly sound even when on his back receiving belly rubs -- it is just his happy sound. It might frighten a kiddo or stranger but Tobey isn't being ugly -- he is craving even more attention. He appears to have a hard time trusting and needs a stable one person home. He seems to love men but is sweet with his foster Mom as well. At his foster home he is known as Toblerone.
