Meet Griswald, better known as “Gris” to his closer friends! He’s the perfect holiday addition -- a little bundle of joy and holiday cheer! Gris is a happy little guy who loves everyone he meets. He’s a snuggle bug that has bursts of puppy energy and sometimes will jump up from a deep sleep only to run around the room and settle back in immediately! Where do puppies get that energy? Gris is crate trained and will go outside with the pack to use the bathroom and so far hasn't had an accident in his crate while his foster mom is at work. What a big boy he is!

We can't say that there is much dachshund in him, but we acquired him as a wirehaired dachshund mix according to the finder. Whatever is in his mix, he is adorable and will make a wonderful companion to some lucky family! Stay tuned for more on his precious personality as it continues to develop.
