Meet Dobbs, known by his closer friends as “Dobby” (named for the house elf from Harry Potter)! A kind person found him out and about, making the rounds all by himself and picked him up. After a couple of months of unsuccessful searching for a family, no owner could be located so ATDR jumped at the chance to help this cute little guy with the curly tail! Being a Dachshund/JRT mix, he’s very active and loves to play play play! He’s cautious with strangers and slow to warm up to new people, but he's very sweet when he does! Dobby will need to go to a home with a fenced in yard and a doggy companion he can spend energy with. He has an allergy to chicken and eats only salmon kibble grain free dog food and must stay on this diet or his skin itches and turns bright red.  

Dobby would do best in a home with someone who is active!
