Hello, my name is Arby. I just got this name so if you have a better one, I would be happy to answer to it!  I'm a black/tan mini male.  I have a shiny black smooth coat and love baths! I'm between 1-2 years old. I can't exactly remember when I was born. My teeth are in great shape and prove that I'm young. I weigh about 10 lbs. and love to be held!! I play with my foster brother, Cody, and get along well with the other dachs here.  I slept in the big bed with my foster Mom last night, but I would be able to sleep in my own bed too. I walk well on a leash and wait patiently while my foster Mom puts on my harness.  I'm almost completely housetrained and am learning to use the doggie door. I just follow the "big" boys outside!  I don't know why my family put me in a kill shelter, but I'm trying very hard to be good. I was so glad when my foster Mom took me out of the shelter that I kissed her face all over!!  Do you have room for a good little boy in your family?
