Max is a beautiful, 29 lb brindle boy with a unique curly tail. Max lost his beloved person so he and his mom Greta found themselves in rescue.

Max is very sweet, obedient and loving. He is crate trained and enjoys taking walks. Max is non-reactive to other dogs while walking on leash. Also, Max walks with a loose leash. He would be a good match for a senior or anyone else who doesn't want their arm pulled out of the socket while enjoying the outdoors with their canine companion. Max is a "people dog." He gets along fine with other dogs but he prefers to be with/near his person.

Max enjoys playing with squeaky toys and chewing on treat toys (like Kongs) and bones. He's a good natured boy who is eager to please and highly trainable. Max is right there ready to cuddle when it's time to Netflix and chill. He gets along fine with other dogs and strangers but should go to a home with no cats. He's very people-oriented!
