I’m Perry,  I was a stray who was picked up by animal control and taken to a shelter. My personality and good looks will sweep you off your feet!. So, here I am waiting for a forever home . My foster mom who says I’m just a puppy in a grown dog’s body.  I’m very affectionate with humans though sometimes a bit rowdy when I play with other dogs. My foster mom says I’ll be more gentle with them as I get older. I’m really a submissive little boy and not aggressive by nature. A combination of love machine, play monster and couch potato best describe my personality. I’m a long-haired dachshund mix with mostly dachshund physical characteristics. My coat is black and very soft. More than likely, I will not get any larger than my current tweenie size and weight of 15 – 16 pounds.   I’m heartworm negative, neutered, and ready to be your forever guy. Just ask for me, Perry!
