Elvis was surrendered to ATDR from the same breeder that sent us Luna. He was also down, completely paralyzed in the rear. Sadly we were told the injury was old and there is nothing that can be done. Elvis will be happy to be a lap dog and cart dog. He has bowel and bladder control and does not need to be expressed. He’s happy in his belly band and has been absolutely no trouble at all since he arrived. 

Ten pounds soaking wet, he is sweet, good with other dogs and enjoys as much love and attention as the average dachshund.
