Description:
Meet Canelo, this very handsome boy was surrendered with his brother Julian and both tested Heartworm positive. They were living in a wire kennel outdoors in the summer heat. When someone reported them outside, they were surrendered and made it just in time for the Hurricane the following day! We are very grateful for our rescue friends that helped us rescue these boys and they will be on the road to better heath very soon. Next, a neuter and then heartworm treatment. They should be ready to go in three month by mid October. They are a little shy so far in their foster home, but in time they will warm up and soak up the love and attention! Stay tuned for more on these sweet boys.
