Say hello to Rusty! This handsome boy was picked up by a good Samaritan who surrendered him to ATDR during weather that was supposed to turn quite cold! Thank goodness he's now off the streets in a warm, comfortable foster home where he'll be well loved and cared for while ATDR brings his vetting up to to speed and then searches for the perfect forever home for him.
