Hank is a sweet little Dachshund boy who is approximately 4 years old and 9 pounds. He belonged to a father, who passed away New Year's week. Hank loved going everywhere with his Dad. He is an excellent companion in the car or at home. What Hank loves most is to be touching his human in some way. Whether it is being pet or just leaning his little body on your foot, he likes touching. He is newly neutered and up to date on all his shots. He is heart worm negative and has started on prevention with heartguard. Hank has a curious stripe down his back that shows that he once had an infection or burn (but recovered) from something he encountered while living in the country.  We think it just adds to his neat little personality. One of the things that makes Hank so special is his mildness. There isn't a soul he doesn't like, human or animal. Another thing that is really enjoyable about Hank is that he is not a barker.  Even when our dogs bark, he remains quiet.  Hank is a good boy who deserves a good and loving home where his genuine little personality can be appreciated.
