Meet Hank the hunky doxie!!!  Surrendered by his owners to the animal shelter because they had no time for him.  He is a stunning example of our favorite breed.  His inky black fur is so soft and velvety and he is a fine figure of a Doxie to behold!  His beautiful deep eyes gaze right into your heart.  They also gaze at the leashes hanging on the wall as walks are among his favorite things!! He most enjoys lying on his favorite spot on the couch or snuggling close in the big bed at night.  He enjoys cozying up to a squeaky toy when he thinks nobody is watching (silly boy) and prefers to monitor situations from the couch rather than be in the middle of the frey.  He gets along well with other dogs and wants a companion dog to keep him company when the folks are away from the house.  He is a rather quiet, calm boy who loves the run of his house and would do very well with a work from home or retired owner or mature couple with no small children!  If you have room in your quiet home and heart for this handsome boy, he is ready and waiting!!!
