Eddie is a black/tan, smooth coated boy who LOVES to ride in the car!!! He sits still while his harness is put on, and has great "car" manners. He knows some basic commands and is housetrained to the doggie door. He's a quiet, calm dog who loves life!  He is heartworm negative, about 13.5 pounds, and gets along great with other doggies. He sleeps in his own bed at night and doesn't beg for food. He really needs to find a home soon so he won't learn about begging from the other dachshunds in his foster home!!!!! Eddie would be fine as an only dog, but would also enjoy having a brother or sister dachshund. We were told that Eddie is five years old.. Eddie is being fostered in the Dallas area. Eddie is ready to GO to his forever home!
