UPDATE:  Greta is now nine years young and was recently surrendered to a central Texas Shelter by the family that promised to love and adore her almost nine years ago!  They notified ATDR that she was being surrendered but preferred to let her go to a shelter as an owner surrender rather than work with rescue to guarantee her safety.  Not sure that this is the family of anyone's dreams!  
Things are looking up however, in her foster home.  She is learning to trust again and where we can promise that we will put her needs above ours and she will not fall into questionable hands again.  Greta is every bit as beautiful as she was as a young pup.  She is sweet and loving and wants to please.  Greta is good with other dogs and getting used to her foster brothers and sisters and should be ready for a new home soon.  Please consider this beautiful senior for the home of her dreams.

Greta is a one year old red tweenie that LOVES everyone.  She is a bit on the thin side and enjoying catching up on her groceries!  She is craving attention and just wants you to notice her!  She is all about Love and adores her people.  Greta for Greta Garbo has a long but slightly turned up nose!  She is a beautiful young girl that has a lifetime of love to give!  Please grant Greta her wish and help her find a place where she can be happy and make some happy too!  She is great with other dogs, great with kids and just wants to make you happy!!!  Greta is fully vetted and microchipped and ready for adoption!
