Heidi was found in a local kill shelter unable to walk. She had been injured but no one was sure the extent of her suffering. After ATDR asked that she be evaluated by a surgeon it was recommended that she try a course of steroids and crate rest and see what happened. Heidi has overcome her injury and is moving freely without any problems. She wobbles sometimes and would never be a great candidate for leash training but other than that she is running around the house and playing like there is no tomorrow! Heidi is fun and loves other dogs. She is sweet and affectionate and has a great and charming personality. If you need a perfect little lap warmer Heidi is your girl. She would love a spot on the couch to call her own! Please help Heidi find the home she deserves.
