Meet Franny!  Franny was found as a stray, alone and lost in the big city!  She is so small that she wouldn't have lasted long on the cruel streets!  Franny is a tiny 9 lb red mini female and like so many strays tested positive for heartworms.  Franie was fully vetted and breezed through her heartworm treatment without any complications.  Frannie is happy and grateful for a warm and snuggly bed and lots of blankets and good groceries.  Won't you consider doing the online application and help Franny find a home for the holidays!
