Update: Barkley is happy to have successfully made it through heart worm treatment! This sweet little boy wants nothing more than to be your best friend and follow you all around, trying to please. Some of his favorite things are treats, bones and walks. He loves to burrow in blankets and sniff around in the yard. He will even tolerate wearing a sweater! Barkley gets along well with his foster brother and sister but would be fine as a only dog as well. This boy has a whole lot of love to give!!
Barkley was sprung from a Central Texas Shelter and is thrilled at a chance at a new life! He is a bit on the shy side at first but once you let him know you're on his side - he is like glue! Barkley loves his foster home and foster brothers and sisters. A home with other pets would be idea. Barkley breezed through heartworm treatment and is back to feeling like the pup that he should be! Please consider this sweet boy for a forever home of his own!
