Ethel is a beautiful petite red mini female who weighs about 8.5 lbs. She and her brother, Fred were dropped off by car in front of one of our volunteers homes!!! (Just when you think you've heard it all!) Ethel is sweet and is good with people and other dogs. She seems to be especially fond of men and needs to be in a home with school age children and no cats. Please consider giving this perfectly beautiful girl a new chance at a forever home.
