Jacque is a beautiful black and white dachshund mix female about 9 lbs.  She was found as a stray with a serious head injury several months ago and underwent extensive surgery to correct it.  The skull appears to be malformed on just one side - as if it is tilted at a 45 degree angle.  She has both eyes, but one is lower and the surgeon moved the opening of the skull down some so that she could actually see out of both eyes!  The eye appears somewhat slanted or closed but she does see well out of that side too!  She is a happy and loving, affectionate girl that is very playful.  She might seem shy at first glance but warms up quickly and loves the attention.  She is good with people, other dogs and even the cat!  Jaque is crate trained, spayed and fully vaccinated.  Please help this beautiful girl find just the right home!
