Howdy my name is Rosco.  My foster mom says I'm one sweet guy,  she said I'm a little shy at first,  but I warm up quick.  I just love running and chasing my foster brothers and sisters.  As a matter of fact I like chasing everything that comes in my yard,  the birds and bugs.  I'm sure determined to catch these little pest called flies.  My foster mom thought I had something really wrong with me cause I would just run in circles snapping at things...but she finally figured out it was the flies!   The one thing my foster mom says is that someone must have told me kitty cats taste good.  Cause I sure would love to get a bite and see.  So definitely a home with NO CATS for me!  I do love the little people that come over, I think they call them kids or something like that.  I would love to find a home with other dogs but I think I might be ok as an only furkid.  So if I sound like someone you might want, please give me a chance.  I deserve my forever home with my forever family.

Foster Mom Update: June 25, 2009 - Rosco loves to play in water!  it's one of the 1st things we found that makes him smile.  He might be better as a only dog, or maybe with just one other.  He craves attention and doesn't like sharing his humans!  His new favorite place is in his foster dad's lap catching a few zzzzz.  He likes to play with toys when his foster dad plays with him.  He is very laid back.  Except when he's patrolling the backyard for any thing that doesn't belong in "his" territory.
