Possum is a 9 lb double dapple mini, approx 2 yrs old, picked up by animal control after someone reported her being hit by a car and laying in the street. Luckily Possum had no broken bones, just a lot of lacerations and bruises, and she was very skinny. Possum is completely deaf and was born with only one eye. She has partial vision in that eye and gets around remarkably well. She cocks her little head to the side, looks out of that eye and trucks all over the place, including in and out of the doggy door. She loves to be around her human, gets along with submissive dogs, and is fine with cats, too.

03/23/07: Like some double dapples, Possum has developed neurological issues that affect her behavior and personality. She is moodier now.
