This is Barney, a black and tan Dachshund mix. He weighs approx 8 pounds and is the cutest and sweetest dog you will ever meet. Barney loves playing with his toys, but his favorite thing is playing chase with his human. He loves other dogs, but, again, his favoritest thing in the whole wide world is a human. We think that Barney would be perfect with an older child (10 or older) to call his own. Barney is sweet sweet sweet. He is full of energy, but loves his down time and snuggling with his people as well. We also feel that Barney would be a perfect candidate for agility training. He is smart and learns very quickly. He is doing well with his housetraining and has mastered the doggy door, and OH, did I mention that he loves his humans :-) .
