Dapper Dan was found outside Seguin, at the end of a private road, abandoned in a cooler!!!  The folks living in the home nearby heard him and rescued him.  The Pound picked him up and that is where I found him.  Skinny and adorable and happy as can be!!!  He loves all people and rolls on his back immediately when you approach him.  Dan is not very interested in other dogs and acts like he has never seen one before.  He can be somewhat food protective.  But my big gentle dog named BeeGee is teaching him manners in her own way and he is learning quickly!  He is not perfectly housebroken and is learning to go for leash walks.  He hates being crated (too much like a cooler!!!) but is learning that we will come back and take him out.  He gets treats in there!  He has lots of energy and lots of love to give!
