This beautiful long haired Dachshund is Toby. He needs a home.

 Toby’s mom gave him up because she is living in her car and feared for his safety. He is about 14 years old. I have taken him to the vet and she says he is in great shape. He has his shots and is heartworm negative. He has not been neutered but at 14 who cares! 4 years ago a large dog attacked him and he lost half of his lower jaw. His mom spent $1500 and got it closed and nursed him back to health. He is gentle natured and is a little slow to trust but once he knows you he is so friendly and loving. He eats chicken and eggs. He eats from the side of his mouth due to his jaw. But, like all dogs, he just keeps on going and soldiers on.
