Little Miss Gerdy was sprung from the Austin shelter and rushed to our VCA Tanglewood Animal Hospital for emergency surgery to remove gigantic kidney stones at the end of July (2015)! She came thru that like a champ and is resting comfortably in her new foster home. She gets along with all dogs but hasn't been kid tested yet. Even though she's a senior her foster mom says she has a lot of pep in her step. She's very sweet and laid back. After every thing she's been thru she deserves to live out the remainder of her life in a permanent home.
