Description:
Sweet Penny was found running stray in an area off the beaten path in San Antonio.  She was out and about with her buddy Skippy who was easier to catch and came into rescue a couple weeks before we were able to grab Penny.  Happy to be reunited, Penny sustained an injury to her rear leg and is resting from a bad gash in her thigh.  

She is doing great and now ready for a new home!  She doesn't seem bonded to her buddy Skip - so maybe she was running and he was chasing???  Whatever it is - they are fine apart and she will do well in most any home.  Sweet and loving - starved for attention this little one is grateful not to be alone on the street anymore!
