Meet gorgeous little Phoebe! She's as sweet and affectionate as she is beautiful! Loves nothing better than snuggling next to her person when not being their shadow as they move around. She was picked up as a stray and turned in to a shelter, but she's clearly been someone's beloved pet before. ATDR is so happy to give her a second chance at a happy life. Sadly, Phoebe is heartworm positive, but ATDR is preparing her to go through treatments to make her healthy again. She won't be ready for adoption for about three months but is already dreaming of stealing the hearts of a loving forever person or family.
