Have you ever seen anything so cute you could hardly stand it??? Meet precious little Phoebe! She’s a sweet 5-year-old tiny girl at 8 pounds with a huge personality! She came into rescue after Animal Control picked her up as a stray in the country. Thank goodness someone reached out to ATDR! This adorable little girl loves belly rubs, toys, and giving kisses. She’s great with large and small dogs and loves children.

Phoebe is fully house trained and would do great in an active home or as a lap dog. She’s sooo happy and lovable! Won’t you please submit an adoption application for little Phoebe…she would love you more than you could ever imagine…
