Meet Callie, a stunning dapple female about four years old. Callie was surrendered with her daughter Hazel and also her best friend Gage, who were both  recently adopted. It was a sad day for everyone when they were surrendered to rescue, but the family is in the throws of a medical emergency and was no longer going to be able to care for them. They wanted the best for these pups and made the best decision possible to ensure they got great and responsible homes.  

Callie is a sweet and loving girl who wants a lot of love and attention and is like a lot of girls, they are bossy with all the boys in the home.  We feel like she would be a good only dog if the adopter would be around a lot - or with one other dog, preferably a male.  
Callie is an alpha female so knowing that we will be very careful in her final placement.
