Description:
Delilah was taken to a kill shelter with injuries consistent with having been hit by a car or from being kicked. A trip to our vet revealed that her pelvis was crushed and fractured in three places, and her tibia had two breaks in it. Despite enduring terrible pain, Delilah gave kisses and just wanted to be close to anyone who was near her. She quickly won the hearts of everyone at the vet's office and has been a sweet and loving patient. Delilah's injuries required extensive surgery by an orthopedic surgeon and she is now recuperating in a foster home.

ATDR already had a hefty vet bill, but we could not say no when the call came in to help this precious girl. If you'd like to contribute to Delilah's medical expenses we would be so grateful!
