Meet Humphrey, a very sweet and loving pup!  He is new to rescue and he is settling in nicely in his foster home!  Humphrey loves everyone and enjoys meeting new friends.  He is good with other dogs and is getting along with everyone in his foster home!  Humphrey is neutered is learning to be a good boy and working on his housetraining and crate training skills!  He is very smart and catches on quickly!  A move sensitive and loving boy you'll never find!  Please help Humphrey find the perfect home!
